Yes — that's exactly who we build for. We handle hosting, domains, security, all of it. We explain things in plain English (or Bahasa, your preference).
There's no catch. We're new. We need a portfolio. You get great work at a fair price; we get a testimonial and the right to use your project as a case study.
You own everything: the code, the design files, the content, the domain, the hosting.
Standard structure: 40% to start, 40% when we finish development, 20% on launch.
A revision round is one batch of feedback you give us. So if you look at our design mockup and tell us 'change the headline, make the logo bigger, swap the button color from red to gold, and move the testimonials' — that's one round, no matter how many things are in it. We make all those changes, show you again, and you give us your next batch. That's round 2. Your tier includes a set number of rounds (Essential = 2, Standard = 3, Pro = 5), which is enough for most projects. Tip: send all your feedback in one consolidated message — trickling in changes one at a time will use up rounds fast.
Big difference. A bug fix is when something is broken and needs to work properly — like a contact form that doesn't submit, a button that doesn't click, or a page that breaks on mobile. Bug fixes are free for 30 days after launch. A revision is when something works fine but you want it different — like changing colors, moving sections, or rewriting copy. Revisions count against your tier's revision rounds. If you're not sure which category your request falls into, just ask — we'll be honest.
You can buy extra rounds as add-ons. Pricing varies by service (around RM200-350 per extra round). We'll let you know when you're approaching your tier's limit so there are no surprises. Most clients never need extra rounds — once you see the design mockup, you usually know within 1-2 rounds whether we've nailed it. The cap exists to keep projects moving and protect both of us from endless tweaking.
